Undergraduate admissions requirements

The Admissions Department is your main point of contact from first email or phone call until you are officially a Webster student. We welcome your questions!

At Webster University we have 5 start dates per academic year. Students may begin their studies in September, October, January, March or May. (For freshmen the startdates are September and January).

Admission is contingent upon submission of the following:

A completed application form and a non-refundable €40.00 fee (Webster bank info here)
Official transcripts of all your secondary and post-secondary education with certified English translations of all documents in languages other than English.
If you have CLEP, Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate (IB) credit, we also need official test scores or transcripts of all work completed.
A one-page essay on "Why I want to study at an international university."
Two letters of reference from teachers and/or employers.
Satisfactory scores on the TOEFL examination. Click here for TOEFL request registration.
Copy of your passport

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better (out of 4.0) on all previous academic work.

NOTE: Though it is not required for admission, if you have taken the SAT or ACT, we would like to have your official scores so we can advise you better on your course selections during your first year.

Admission Interview and Sample Classes
Candidates considering applying are encouraged to schedule an intake interview with a representative from the admissions office. It is also recommended that prospective students attend a regularly scheduled class to speak with current students, meet a faculty member and gain first-hand experience in the Webster learning environment.
