Welcome High School Counselor

As the world of undergraduate education offers more and more options daily, we encourage you to contact us at any time with questions that may concern your current students or Webster in general. We are here to support you!

For 25 years now, we have taken the personal time required to help each counselor and student. This ensures that you receive all information that you may require, and that there is a good fit between the student and the environment we offer.

Webster University Leiden is a unique campus. Students enjoy small class sizes, international classmates, teachers who love teaching, study abroad opportunities, and have an overall experience that is difficult to find elsewhere. Living and learning in the heart of Leiden is something that will set our students apart in their future endeavors.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Sincerely, The Admissions Team

Ways to Connect With Webster Leiden:

At Webster University Leiden we are constantly striving to help you by offering a number of different ways for you and your students to learn more about Webster.

• This website - Please take some time to familiarize yourself with our online resources. You are most welcome to peruse the student pages in addition to the informational pages. If you have any difficulties locating the information you seek, contact us straight away and we will assist you.

• School visits - If you feel your students may be interested in participating in an information session in your school, please let us know and we will schedule a visit.

• Campus Visits – Students who would like to personally visit the campus, speak with current students/professors, and have an interview with the Admissions Team can make an appointment during the week at their convenience.

• Sample Classes – Students who would like to attend a class at our campus can arrange this with the Admissions Staff. It is a great opportunity to see what it is really like to attend university.

• Information Sessions – We host a number of information sessions each year. These are normally held in the evening so that parents and counselors may also attend. The sessions consist of a welcome and introduction by our director, a short presentation, and substantial time to ask questions and mingle with current students.

• Experience University For A Day (EUFAD)  - This is a day where students from invited schools attend classes of their choice, have lunch with Webster students and Admission Staff, and have a chance to experience what student life and academic life are like at our campus. If your school is interested in being invited to this event or take part in any of the other opportunities for students to connect with us, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Decaan/Counselor Day – Each year we host a day session offered by invitation only for Decanen and Counselors to come to the Leiden campus for informative sessions about Webster University and our programs. It is a day to meet with colleagues, ask questions and see what Webster may be able to offer your students. If you would like to attend our next Decaan/Counselor Day, please let us know and we will ensure an invitation is sent.

We strongly encourage you and your students to take advantage of these opportunities, and to see what Webster is all about!

For more information about our programs or the aforementioned opportunities, please contact Ms. Carolyn Barr at barr@webster.nl.
