Tuition Fees

Tuition fees for Undergraduate programs depend on full or part-time study; tuition fees for Graduate programs depend on which program you choose.

Undergraduate Tuition 2015 – 2016

On average, 128 credit hours are required to complete an undergraduate degree program. Most courses are 3 credit hours each.

Fall and Spring Semesters 2015 – 2016:

Full-time undergraduate students

€7,800 flat fee per semester. This fee includes a minimum of 12 up to a maximum of 18 credits. Textbooks/ e-books for each course are included.

Part-time undergraduate students

€465 per credit hour/ €1,395 per 3-credit course, does not include textbooks/ e-books.

  • A student is defined as full-time if registered for at least 4 courses (12 U.S. credit hours) up to 6 courses (18 U.S. credit hours) per semester. Students who require a residence permit to study in the Netherlands must be full-time students.
  • A student is considered part-time if he or she registers for less than 4 courses per semester.
  • Webster in the Netherlands has two 16-week semesters per year: FALL (includes the 8-week Fall1 term and the 8-week Fall 2 terms) and SPRING (includes the 8-week Spring1 term and the 8-week Spring 2 term). Webster in the Netherlands also offers one 8-week Summer term.
  • Textbooks (and/or e-books) are included in the tuition fee. This flat fee does not cover the following: exceptional costs such as lab fees or field trips expenses, and accessories such as notebooks, pencils, etc. Please note that availability of textbooks and/or e-books at the beginning of the semester/term depends on advance registration. Late registration fee is 100 EUR. Also please note that an one-time Graduation Petition Fee (125 EUR) is charged separately to graduating students.
  • One course is usually 3 U.S. credit hours. Consult your Academic Advisor for exceptions to this rule.
  • Normal study load for a full-time student is 4 courses per semester plus 2 Summer courses (60 ECTS).
  • Study load hours for 4 courses per semester is normally 42 hours per week.

Summer term 2015:

No flat fee. €465 per credit hour/ €1,395 per 3-credit course, excluding textbooks/ e-books.

Graduate Tuition 2015 – 2016

Students are billed for each individual course in which they register. Rates per course are the same for full-time or part-time study.

Please note that books for graduate courses are included in the tuition fee.

1-Year MBA 

Students in the 1-Year MBA will be charged a flat fee of €25,000. The complete MBA program consists of twelve 3- credit courses and one 1-credit course.

MBA 

MBA students will be charged a tuition fee of €2,400 per 3-credit hour course. The complete MBA program consists of twelve 3- credit courses and one 1-credit course. Depending on the student’s background, up to three pre-MBA courses and/or a graduate English language writing course may also be required. The costs for pre-MBA courses are €2,400 per course.

MA in Management & Leadership

Students in the Management & Leadership program will be charged a tuition fee of €2,400 per 3-credit course. The program consists of twelve 3-credit courses and one 1-credit course.

MA in Media Communications

Students in the Media Communications program will be charged a tuition fee of €1,710 per 3-credit course. The program consists of twelve 3-credit courses in total.

MA in International Relations and MA in INGO

Students in the INTL and INGO programs will be charged a tuition fee of €1,710 per 3-credit course. The INTL program consists of twelve 3-credit courses in total and the INGO program includes thirteen courses in total.

MA in Psychology with emphasis in Counseling Psychology

Students in the Counseling Psychology program will be charged a tuition fee of €1,665 per 3-credit course. The program consists of sixteen 3-credit courses in total.

Online Courses

Graduate-level online courses for all programs are €2,400 per 3-credit course.

Please note that a one-time Graduation Petition Fee (125 EUR) is charged separately to graduating students.
