Bookstore:

All Undergraduate students are required to purchase the required textbooks and other materials for their courses.

Webster can order textbooks for Undergraduate students provided the student contacts Tanvir Hamid to place orders of the required book(s) a minimum of two weeks before the beginning of term. Payment will be necessary at the time of ordering.

If the student chooses, he/she can of course order their own copy of the required text books. Many books are also available electronically (e-book or Kindle Books). Tanvir will email a textbook list approximately 3 weeks before term with information about the required books. (This information is also available on the syllabus of each course which is posted on the syllabus section of our website.)  Please make sure to check that the textbook ordered is the approved version, and the correct edition.

Remember it is the student’s own responsibility to have the correct textbook(s) at the start of the course.

Term-time Bookshop opening hours are 9am - 1pm, & 2pm - 5pm.

Money saving tips:

-- Shop around… online! Check www.bookfinder.com or eBay for good deals.

-- Shop around… locally! Check second hand bookshop, De Slegte (www.deslegte.com/onze-winkels/leiden/). Many of our students buy and sell there.

-- Check for ebook versions. For example on Kindle, or iBooks.
