Students may request the following letters by filling out this online form for register letter requests
To request a duplicate diploma, with or without an apostille, please complete the attached form and return to the registrar's office - see details below.
The cost for a new diploma is USD12.50, plus USD12.50 if an apostille is required.
To request an official transcript of your work at Webster University, print and fill out the attached transcript request form and then send the completed form to the registrar's office. Please make sure to complete the form by printing clearly and using a black pen.
There is no cost for transcripts. However, for transcripts with apostille there is a USD10.00 charge.

Transcript requests may take 6 - 8 weeks to process because they must be approved first by Webster Leiden's business office then sent to St. Louis for final processing.
If you have a "hold" on your records due to outstanding financial obligations, you will be notified by email that your transcript has not been processed. At that point, you will need to contact the business office for clarification or for payment.
