Welcome to Webster University's Registrar Services online. Below is a list of services we can provide online.

Request official letters

Students may request the following letters by filling out this online form for register letter requests

  • Proof-of-enrollment letter (for student visa, student insurance etc. - these letters can only be issued if you are currently registered for courses)
  • Proof-of-program-completion letter (for employers, graduate school applications etc)
  • Other (please specify clearly)

Request official transcripts

To request an official transcript of your work at Webster University, print and fill out the attached transcript request form and then send the completed form to the registrar's office. Please make sure  to complete the form by printing clearly and using a black pen.

There is no cost for transcripts. However, for transcripts with apostille there is a $10.00 charge.

Transcript requests may take 6 - 8 weeks to process because they must be approved first by Webster Leiden's business office then sent to St. Louis for final processing.

If you have a "hold" on your records due to outstanding financial obligations, you will be notified by email that your transcript has not been processed. At that point, you will need to contact the business office for clarification or for payment.

If you cannot download the form, you may instead submit the following information in a letter that you may fax or mail to us:

  1. Your complete name and, if applicable, your former name used while a student at Webster University.
  2. Your student number or date of birth.
  3. Approximate last term/year of attendance.
  4. Address to which you would like to have the transcript mailed (may be more than one).
  5. Your current email address.
  6. Your signature. (We cannot process requests without a signature!)
