Webster University Bachelor programs


The focus of the Webster Bachelor program is not only on your major area of study. You will also take courses in the arts, philosophy, and cultural studies. In each class, you will come together with other students from all parts of the world to learn, to work through the great issues of our time, and to create new and exciting visions for the world and its future.

Webster classes combine the practical and theoretical. All our professors are leading professionals in their fields and are at Webster because they love to teach. Webster faculty include well-known artists, authors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, marketing managers, media communications professionals, composers, psychologists, business consultants, designers, and more.



Small classes
Our small class size (average is 15 students) ensures that you get to know each other. Classroom interaction is important and classes include sharpening of presentation skills and intercultural communications.



International Opportunities
Many Webster undergrads spend a term or a semester at one of our sister campuses in London, Geneva, Vienna, Thailand or in the US. In fact, Webster will even pay for your ticket to study at another Webster campus overseas.

The IBMS program is based on a combination of elements in the fields of marketing and sales, finance, and management and focuses on the complexities of international trade and the entrepreneurial environment. General Education Courses
In addition to the courses in their major, all undergraduate students must complete a general education program consisting of courses in a variety of fields. Taking these courses will help your all-round general education and will strengthen your conversation skills. Many of our interesting Cultural Immersion courses can be taken to fulfill these requirements.

Undergraduate Minors
A minor requires a minimum of 18 credits of formal coursework from the university curriculum completed at Webster University. Working towards a minor is a good way to focus some of the elective credits that all students must take to make up part of their 128 total credits needed to graduate. Earning a minor shows that you took an interest in an area outside your major and can make your education more diverse.



Transfer credits are not applicable towards a minor. The minor must be in an area of study different from the student's major. Courses used to fulfill a requirement for a major may not also be used to fulfill a requirement for a minor. A student may earn only one minor. Grade requirements differ per department.
